I take most major insurance plans. Check out what insurance plans I take. If you see your plan on the list, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm I am in-network for your plan and to make sure you understand your benefits and coverage.
If do not accept your insurance, talk to your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits. If you would like, I am happy to submit an out-of-network claim on your behalf.
